Το συμπόσιο πραγματοποιείται στον Πολυπολιτισμικό Χώρο Αττικόν, στην καρδιά της Πάφου. Το ιστορικό κτίριο, το οποίο στέγαζε ένα από τα παλαιότερα κινηματοθέατρα της πόλης, έχει ανακαινιστεί και μετατραπεί σε έναν σύγχρονο χώρο πολιτιστικών και συνεδριακών εκδηλώσεων. Συνδυάζοντας τον ιστορικό χαρακτήρα του με σύγχρονες υποδομές, το Αττικόν αποτελεί έναν ιδιαίτερο χώρο για συνέδρια, ημερίδες και πολιτιστικές διοργανώσεις.
- Αεροδρόμιο Πάφου (PFO): περίπου 20–25 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο/ταξί.
- Αεροδρόμιο Λάρνακας (LCA): περίπου 1 ώρα και 30 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο μέσω αυτοκινητοδρόμου Α5/Α6.
